The first 'Dignitastic! Where Art Meets a Terminal Lung Cancer Diagnosis' opened in the beautiful Georgian City of Bath on August 24, 2021 at 44AD ArtSpace.

It was the first ever exhibition of my work, and I was humbled by the response to it.

I left a Comments Book near the entrance to encourage people to write their responses to my work.  To view a few visitor comments, please click below.  It will launch a pop-up and clicking anywhere outside will close it.

Below I present many of the works that were on view at the show:

My nod; my tribute; my 'Ode to Warhol' (and Lichtenstein) is an expression of thanks for the enjoyment I have experienced with the imagery of the pop art movement.

To put it mildly, receiving a terminal diagnosis is a pretty dark experience, and one that is difficult to articulate.  I have attempted to illustrate that darkness in a number of works with titles such as 'Venom'.
